Terms & Conditions at Rose Gold Lashes

Please be aware that we have a small pomeranian dog with us in the salon on occasion so kindly let us know in advance if you have any allergies.

​

If you are a returning customer, please register for an account at the end of your booking under step 3 (the confirmation page), so that you can cancel and reschedule your own appointments. This also saves you from having to complete a consultation form each time you book.

​

If you previously booked without registering for an account then you can create an account via your confirmation email which you would have received in your most recent booking.

 

The below applies to lash and brow clients only.

Booking Fee's/ Cancellations / Rescheduling

​

Appointments are given on a first come first serve basis. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required for all bookings, which will go towards the total cost of your treatment. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, then please contact me within 24 hours to discuss a way of rectifying your treatment, as we work on a strictly no refunds basis.

The booking fee's must be paid within 24 hours, otherwise, your booking will not be secure and can be offered to someone else. 

​

To change or cancel your appointment, this can be done in the login section on the website. We require 48 hours notice to change or reschedule an appointment so that your deposit can be transferred over to a new appointment.

 

Appointments are canceled after 30 minutes of lateness, so please be on time. Should you wish to rebook, the original booking fee will be lost and a new one must be paid. Appointments are not reserved and are not secure until the booking fee has been received and a booking confirmation email has been sent to you.

Attendance/ Arrival To Appointment

​

Please ensure to come to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup under the eyes. This means no mascara, no eyeliner, no eye shadow, no lash glue residue from strips, no moisturizer, no concealer, nothing!

​

The longer I have to spend cleaning your lashes means the less time I can spend on applying the extensions, resulting in you not being able to get the most out of your appointment. Having dirty lashes will massively affect your lash retention, dirt, makeup and oils will not allow the glue to bond with your natural lashes. This means they may shed faster than normal.

​

No shows are not tolerated. Failure to show up to an appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice may result in you being unable to rebook.

​

Clients must be 18+ or will require parental consent.

​

Lash Information

​

Infills are required every 2-3 weeks providing you have 40% of your lashes remaining.

 

Anything after 4 weeks will require a full set, although your lashes may look as though they are still full, the majority of your lashes will have grown out. Meaning that those lashes will need removing and replacing to keep them looking fresh.

​

Consultations (please read the following carefully)

 

• The treatments are designed to enhance the look of your natural lashes and brows.

• Depending on the treatment type a maintenance program might be required.

• For 24 hours after the treatment avoid direct contact with water to the eye area, hot steam, saunas, swimming, or sunbeds.

• Do not use oil-based products or eyelash curlers on your lash extensions

• Only use aftercare products that have been recommended by your therapist.

• Do not rub your eyes and brows, avoid touching and sleeping on that area.
