Academy Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to Rose Gold Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, training sessions, and services provided by Rose Gold Academy. By booking or attending any of our courses, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

 

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are final. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

• We do not allow training dates to be rescheduled or transferred to another person under any circumstances.

 

2. Enrolment Deadline

• The final date to enrol in a course is 8 days prior to the course start date.

• Bookings made after this deadline may not be accepted or may incur additional administrative fees.

 

3. Model Requirements

• Students are required to arrive without lash extensions or lash lifts.

• During the training session, students will work on each other as part of the hands-on learning experience.

• Failure to comply with this requirement may result in limited participation in the practical component of the course, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

4. Patch Test

• A patch test is required at least 3 days before the training date.

• It is the student’s responsibility to attend the patch test appointment or ensure it is completed as instructed.

• If you fail to complete the patch test, you may not be permitted to participate in the training, and no refund will be given.

 

5. Attendance and Punctuality

• Students must arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals may miss essential parts of the training, and the instructor is not obligated to repeat missed content.

• Certificates of completion will only be issued to students who attend and complete all course components.

 

6. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your training.

• You are responsible for following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines provided during the course.

 

7. Course Content and Materials

• All training materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the course remain the property of [Your Lash Academy Name].

• Students may not copy, share, record, or reproduce course materials without prior written consent.

 

8. Liability

• Rose Gold Lashes will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during or after the training session.

• Students participate in the training at their own risk and are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the trainer.

 

9. Certificates and Accreditation

• Certificates are awarded based on satisfactory completion of both the theoretical and practical components of the course.

• We reserve the right to withhold certification if the student does not meet the required standards.

 

10. Changes to Courses or Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, low enrolment, or venue issues).

• If we must cancel a course, students will be offered an alternative date or a credit toward a future course.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and updated versions will be posted on our website.
